Terms and Conditions — DedeBet Pakistan Online Betting Platform

01Introduction

Welcome to DedeBet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and dedebet ("DedeBet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at dedebet.best.

By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet on dedebet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the dedebet platform or any of its services.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on dedebet including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live casino, crash games, virtual sports, Aviator, Andar Bahar, Roulette and any promotional offers or bonus programmes operated by dedebet from time to time.

02Eligibility & Registration

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use dedebet. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. DedeBet reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds may be withheld pending investigation.

One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on dedebet. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the details of another person — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Accurate information: When registering on dedebet, you must provide accurate and truthful personal details including your full name, date of birth, email address and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. DedeBet may request supporting documents to verify your identity at any time.

Geographic eligibility: Dedebet is operated for players in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation on dedebet does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction. If you access dedebet from outside Pakistan, you do so at your own risk and dedebet accepts no liability for any consequences arising from such access.

• Registration is free of charge — dedebet does not charge a fee to open an account.
• Corporate accounts, joint accounts and accounts held on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• Players who have been self-excluded from dedebet or any affiliated platform may not re-register.

03Account Responsibilities

Your dedebet account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including any bets, deposits and withdrawals made by any person using your login credentials — whether or not you authorised that access.

Password security: You must keep your password confidential and not share it with any other person. Dedebet will never ask you for your password by email, phone or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the dedebet support team immediately and change your password.

Account access: You must not allow any other person to use your dedebet account to place bets or access funds. Any bet placed using your account credentials will be treated as a bet made by you, regardless of who physically placed it.

DedeBet reserves the right to suspend or close any account that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, dishonestly or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, dedebet may withhold any balance pending investigation and may refer the matter to relevant authorities.

04Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on dedebet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied on dedebet, and there are no hidden fees charged by the platform on deposits.

Accepted payment methods on dedebet:

• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 500
• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 500
• NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500
• SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — minimum deposit Rs 1,000
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card — minimum deposit Rs 1,000

Deposits are credited to your dedebet account in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and typically within the same banking day for IBFT transfers. Dedebet is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method belonging to another person is prohibited. Dedebet may request proof of ownership of your payment method at any time as part of routine verification.

The minimum deposit amount on dedebet is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by dedebet for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification as required by our compliance procedures.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your dedebet account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with our payments team. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied by dedebet to protect all players.

Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts on dedebet, though very large withdrawal requests may be processed in instalments at our discretion.

Processing times:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: typically within 5 minutes of approval
• NayaPay and SadaPay: typically within 30 minutes
• IBFT bank transfer: same business day, usually within 4 hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer

Verification requirement: Dedebet may require you to complete identity and payment method verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a certain threshold. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC and a screenshot confirming ownership of the withdrawal wallet. Delays in providing documentation will delay processing — this is for your protection.

If your account has an active bonus with wagering requirements that have not been met, withdrawal requests may be restricted until those requirements are fulfilled. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus are detailed on the dedebet Promotions page.

06Bonuses & Promotions

DedeBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out below.

General bonus terms on dedebet:

• All bonuses are credited in PKR to your dedebet account balance.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per account, per household and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless the promotion explicitly permits it.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from dedebet. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the Promotions page.
• Dedebet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being misused or abused.
• If you attempt to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, dedebet may remove the bonus balance and any associated winnings from your account.

DedeBet reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-cycle, dedebet will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and honour any progress already made toward wagering requirements.

07Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on dedebet are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific rules published on the relevant betting section of the platform.

Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by dedebet. Dedebet reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its reasonable discretion — including where odds have been published in error, where a bet exceeds account-level or market-level limits, or where dedebet has reasonable grounds to suspect the bet forms part of a coordinated or irregular betting pattern.

Odds and markets: Dedebet strives to display correct odds at all times. In the event that a material error in odds is published — for example, an odds price that is clearly incorrect relative to the true market — dedebet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts.

• All bets are settled in PKR at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and platform availability — dedebet accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed due to technical issues beyond our control.
• Accumulator bets are settled based on all individual selections being confirmed as winners. One losing selection voids the entire accumulator.
• Minimum bet: Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement on dedebet.

In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet on dedebet, the player must contact support within 30 days of the event settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

08Casino & Game Rules

Casino games on dedebet — including but not limited to Roulette, Andar Bahar, Aviator, crash games, slots and virtual sports — are provided by third-party certified game providers. Each game operates under its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

All game outcomes on dedebet are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of Aviator, a provably fair three-seed algorithm. Dedebet does not manipulate or intervene in any game outcome. Certifications for game fairness are held by the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, dedebet's server records will be used as the authoritative record of the game state. Where a malfunction can be confirmed to have affected the outcome of a game, dedebet will make a fair determination and may void the affected round.

09Responsible Gaming

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dedebet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on dedebet, or registering an account using false identity details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors in a systematic or deliberate manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on dedebet.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using dedebet for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to access dedebet systems, databases or internal communications without authorisation.
• Placing bets using inside information obtained by non-public means in connection with any real or virtual event.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening dedebet staff or other players through any communication channel.

DedeBet actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, all winnings generated through that conduct will be void and the player's account will be permanently closed without the right of appeal.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the dedebet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, design elements and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of dedebet or its licensed third-party suppliers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of dedebet.

The dedebet brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to the platform. Unauthorised use of the dedebet brand — including in social media profiles, unofficial apps or promotional materials — is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Game content provided by third-party providers on dedebet — including Spribe's Aviator, Pragmatic Play titles and other licensed games — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their individual licensing terms.

12Limitation of Liability

DedeBet provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dedebet shall not be liable for any loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
• Errors made by players when placing bets — including incorrect selections, wrong stake amounts or missed cashouts in games such as Aviator.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash or banking institutions.
• Actions taken by dedebet to enforce these Terms — including account suspension or bonus removal where a breach has been confirmed.

Nothing in these Terms limits dedebet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13Privacy & Data

DedeBet collects and processes personal data about registered players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on dedebet, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is used by dedebet for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Dedebet does not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

You have the right to request access to the personal data that dedebet holds about you, to correct inaccurate data and to request deletion of your data in certain circumstances. To exercise these rights, please contact the dedebet support team.

14Changes to These Terms

DedeBet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, dedebet will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance — typically by email or by displaying a notice on the platform at login.

Your continued use of dedebet after any revised Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact the dedebet support team to close your account.
