First, check your payment app or bank to confirm the transaction was successfully completed and note the transaction reference number or screenshot. Our team will trace the payment and credit your account manually if it has been received but not automatically matched.

Basic Easypaisa mobile account transfers can be made using USSD (*786#) even without a smartphone, but the full deposit process on dedebet works most smoothly through the Easypaisa or JazzCash mobile apps. If you do not have a smartphone, you can also deposit via IBFT from any internet banking portal or via Visa/Mastercard on any device with a browser.

A wagering requirement means you need to bet a certain multiple of your bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. No — bonus funds on dedebet cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered according to the terms of the specific bonus before any winnings derived from them become withdrawable.
